Welcome to the EPW Festival! We're dedicated to ensuring you have an unforgettable experience filled with art, music, and connections. Throughout the festival, you'll have the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals who share your passion for art and community.

Each day, we'll feature captivating Pow Wow performances, national EDM artists, an Art Gallery with stunning installations, exciting contests, and Utah’s largest electronic music showcase. EPW is more than just a festival; it's a thriving hub where local music and art communities come together to support one another on their creative journeys.

If you're seeking a moment of tranquility amidst the excitement, our ZEN DEN offers a serene oasis. Here, you can relax, participate in yoga sessions, or engage in spiritual workshops. It's a safe space where you're free to join activities or simply unwind and reflect.

For the ultimate EPW experience, don't miss out on securing your camping spot. Stay with us after the main event for exclusive experiences designed to enhance your festival adventure. Arrive with friends to secure neighboring camping spots and assist our staff in accommodating your preferences.

Parking will be available for purchase on-site at the entrance to the parking area. We're excited to welcome you to EPW and create lasting memories together!

PLEASE READ, our set of guidelines and rules so everyone can enjoy EPW;

The event organizer has provided the following information:

**Event Schedule:**

**Friday, July 12**

- Parking Gate: 7:00 AM - 1:00 AM

- Main Gate: 9:00 AM 

- Camping: 9:00 AM 

- RV: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM

- Festival Gates Open: 1:00 PM

**Saturday, July 13**

- Parking Gate: 7:00 AM - 1:00 AM

- Main Gate: 9:00 AM 

- Camping: 9:00 AM 

- RV: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM

- Festival Gates Open: 12:00 PM

**Parking and Camping:**

- **Parking:** The parking lot is separate from the camping area. You cannot pull your car into the festival area. Please park at Observatory Park at the end of A Avenue.

- **RV and Camper Camping:** All RVs and campers must pull down to the designated area where staff will assist with parking. If you have a camper, you must unhitch and park your truck in the Observatory Park parking lot.

- **Baseball Field:** No parking is allowed in the baseball field near the event area.

**Security and Bag Checks:**

- We will be conducting bag checks and recording the amount of alcohol each camp group brings in. There may be an extra charge for bringing alcohol into your camping area.

- Security will also check bags when entering the main festival grounds. No outside food or water is allowed in the main festival grounds. However, you can have your own food and water at your campsite.

- Please be aware that Utah state liquor laws apply in the main festival grounds.

**Facilities and Services:**

- Water stations will be available at the entrance of the main festival gate.

- The main festival grounds and camping areas are separate.

**Do’s and Don’ts:**

- **Do:** Prepare for the cotton at the venue; it can be quite abundant at the moment.

- **Do:** Have your tickets and IDs ready for a smooth entry process.

- **Do:** Respect the festival staff and fellow attendees.

- **Don’t:** Bring any prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, etc.).

- **Don’t:** Attempt to park in unauthorized areas, including the baseball field.

- **Don’t:** Bring outside food or beverages into the main festival grounds.

COME PREPARED

- Temperatures will vary drastically from hot during the day to cold at night, so plan accordingly. Take care of your body. Come prepared with any prescription/allergy meds (must be in the original container). Consider bringing comfy shoes, ear-plugs, a camel pack to stay hydrated, and anything else that may benefit you.

Introducing our EPW Kids Pass:

At EPW, we prioritize creating a safe and family-friendly atmosphere for all attendees. That's why we're excited to introduce our Kids Pass, tailored for our younger festival-goers!

With the EPW Kids Pass, children under 18 can join the festivities and create lasting memories with their families. For safety, all attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian throughout the event. Each child will receive a wristband with their guardian's name for added security.

While we encourage family fun, please note that EPW does not provide babysitting services. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

PARKING

- You will be charged for parking upon arrival. When purchasing your parking, you are paying for entry ONLY. If you leave festival grounds & wish to return, you will have to purchase additional Parking.

- You will be directed to park ONLY in the designated parking area. Cars parked outside of the designated area will be towed. NO exceptions.

NO Headdresses or any other Native American Symbols or attire.

NO Aerosol products/cans

NO Bota bags

NO Breakable glass or acrylic mirrors (Compact makeup and shatter-proof plastic mirrors measuring less then 8″x8″ are OK)

NO Camping wind turbines

​

NO Candles

​

NO Drones or remote-controlled aircraft

​

NO Drugs or drug paraphernalia

​

NO Fireworks

NO Gas generators in tent camping (Solar-powered generators OK) RV Campsites are allowed Generators.

NO Gas masks

NO Glass bottles (Small bottles of perfume/cologne are OK)

NO Hookahs

NO Illegal substances

​

NO Large chains or spiked jewelry

​

NO Large speaker systems (Sound systems are limited to USB-powered/personal portable speakers. No amplified sound systems allowed. Dope Soul Entertainment reserves the right to remove sound systems that do not follow these guidelines, and repeat offenders of noise complaints are subject to removal from the campground.)

NO Laser pointers or air horns

NO Loose pills without a prescription, or expired medications of any kind (All medications, prescription or otherwise, must be in their original container)

NO Medical or recreational marijuana

​

NO Motorized vehicles of any kind, including off-road motorcycles, Segways, bicycles, electric bicycles, hoverboards, powered skateboards, or scooters

NO Open campfires or fires/flames of any kind (Only those provided by Dope Soul Ent.)

NO Personal gas tanks (only those with RV Camping)

NO Pets

NO Professional recording equipment—photo, video or audio (detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms or commercial-use rigs)

NO Promotional flyers, promotional/corporate branded banners, or vehicles displaying sponsorships or ads

NO Solar camping showers

NO Spray paint

NO Steel knives or other utensils deemed as weapons

NO Stickers, flyers

NO Tool boxes

NO Unauthorized vending of food or merchandise, including alcohol

NO Weapons or weapon accessories of any kind (includes pocket knives, pepper spray, etc.)

NO Wooden items

Alcohol Rules for Campground and RV Camping:

- **Allowed Quantity:** Each person can bring 1 bottle of alcohol (non-glass) and 1 case of beer (up to 30 cans).

- **Declaration:** All RV and campers must declare their alcohol upon entry.

- **Prohibited Actions:** Selling alcohol or providing it to minors under 21 will result in removal from the festival and possible criminal charges.

- **Festival Grounds:** No alcohol is allowed in the main festival grounds. All Utah state liquor laws apply.

DJ & Producer Submissions

We at DopeSoul want to provide the best experience possible when we give opportunities to DJ and Producers alike with being able to show their talents.

Please submit any all information that pertains to YOU the artist. (E.I. EPK, SoundCloud/Spotify links, current mixes, etc.)
